We have an AltiGen phone system in one of our seven locations. We purchased it with the idea of purchasing it for our other locations as well. Well, now I am reconsidering. The system doesn’t seem intuitive for end users. I’ve not had a chance to do much admin work on it, so I don’t know if I will learn to like that part of it or not. Looking at AltiGen’s financials… I have started to worry about that as well. And the simple fact that I can find next to nothing about it in a Google search worries me.
