But if your services or products are B2B none of this applies.

From my point of view, and many others, the use of social media has resulted in a dumbing down of society. Younger people cannot carry on a conversation that entails using something resembling proper grammar…I present as evidence the title to your post! Second piece of evidence is the post itself. It’s kind of a sad reflection of the lack of respect shown to languages, regardless if English is your primary or secondary language. Whenever a representative of some business approaches me with a garbled proposal, guess which filing cabinet it is relegated to?
