DoS Attack on MS: What it means to you?

by duskos . Updated 25 years, 4 months ago

Last week we saw Microsoft web sites going down. First they blamed technician, and later when everybody saw that all their DNS servers were on the same subnet it was an invitation to the hackers for massive Dos attack.
What do you think about it?
Here is my point of view?

1. Somehow, I see satisfaction that they were hit. I am the one who went to all those exams were they insist on all those do’s and dont’s.

2. Honestly, I did not suffer. My business was not hurt and I did not have any damages as a consequence of DoS attack on MS.

3. I will continue using MS’s products like I did before. If I can find a better product/solution, I’ll use that instead.

4. “What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger”. Perhaps MS comes out of thiswith better products/solutions.

Now it’s your turn.
