download problem

I haven’t been able to get any downloads from your download site. What is the problem with it?

Is there a chance of getting some downloads when I click on “download now”?

When the page comes up it says ‘If the download doesn’t start “Click Here”. At that time there is no action as far as downloading is concerned.
The little whirling picture upper right hand corner – does just that and only that.
Could I get some help on why I can not have any luck?
