download problem

I haven't been able to get any downloads from your download site. What is the problem with it?

Is there a chance of getting some downloads when I click on "download now"?

When the page comes up it says 'If the download doesn't start "Click Here". At that time there is no action as far as downloading is concerned.
The little whirling picture upper right hand corner - does just that and only that.
Could I get some help on why I can not have any luck?

First, this forum is not closely monitored by the TR staff.
It is a peer to peer forum for helping solve computer problems.

If you feel the need to contact a TR staffer, click on the help link in the upper right corner of most TR pages.
Then follow the links to contact TR.

The TR download links use a JAVA pop-up window to access the FTP server.

You need to have JAVA installed and enabled.

If you are using a pop-up blocker, that can get in the way.

We need to know which version of Windows and browser in order to give you more specific instructions.

Are you blocking popups by any mean, google toolbar or a software package like norton security ?

It tries to open a popup for download.
