Downloaded Music

Problems with the computer are all to do with music.
It wont open Itunes that I have down loaded. The ipod also will not download. I cannot even reload the disc for the ipod. I have though been able to download Limewire and use it.
Other then this the computer runs well.
Windows XP Home edition
Computer is 12 months old
