Downloading PDF files

I have an user who pc freeze after she download a PDF file from the Internet(Microsoft Explorer). I tried removing adobe reader and restall it, that didn't fix the problem.....What should I do ?

Just let it run. If it is a large pdf file, it will wait to open until the complete file has made it to the computer. That can make the computer appear to be hanging, when in actuality, it still kind of is, but once the file makes it in, it will work properly.

Sometimes they can take a while depending on how fast you receive them.

Depending on which version of Adobe Reader you have, try the following:: (mine is version 6.0)
Open Adobe Reader and click on Edit > Preferences
Select Internet and uncheck "Display PDF in browser"
This will take IE out of the picture.
