Downloading Windows Updates

I am the IT person who is in charge of updating a number of notebook computers around the country. All the users are not that cluded up and talking them through downloading Windows Updates every week is time consuming and painful.

Can anyone tell me please how I download all the updates offered in Windows Updates (using Internet Explorer) but download the files to my PC so I can put them on a CD rather than having my PC and the server talk and the updates install directly into my PC.

Many thanks
Bruce
