Dr Watson and Word 2000

Networked Windows 2000 and winnt 4. Nt4 desktop all with sp6a and 64mb ram. Some machines are coming up with Dr Watson error for word 2000 SBE. This has occurred on two desktops at the same time and another one just recently. Have uninstalled the office suite, reinstalled, check the service packs, disabled Dr Watson in registry and even had a look at the error logs. Still looking for answers, any ideas
