You will need to create a custom form. Details and some ideas are available from the slipstick site:

If you format a mail message to your requirements you can then save it as a template:File|Save as|change the "save as type" to Outlook Template and then click OK.

To use the template: File|New|Choose form|Look in;User templates from file system|double click on your template.

FYI;They are saved with an .oft file extension

You can now use it over and over again, keeping the consistency in your email messages.

Try this:
-Keep a copy in your Drafts folder.
-Each day, go to the folder and open the draft copy.
-Click on "File"+"Copy To Folder"
-In the dialog box that opens, select your OUTBOX folder and click on OK. This creates an outbound copy of the draft.
-Complete the "To:" line and click on "Send"
-Close the draft until tomorrow.
