another question, i need to send one email everyday in same format. can somebody guide me how to permanently save into outlook 2003? currently i save as draft, but once sent out, it won't retain in outlook-draft anymore. any solution?

If you format a mail message to your requirements you can then save it as a template:File|Save as|change the "save as type" to Outlook Template and then click OK.
To use the template: File|New|Choose form|Look in;User templates from file system|double click on your template.
FYI;They are saved with an .oft file extension
You can now use it over and over again, keeping the consistency in your email messages.
Try this: -Keep a copy in your Drafts folder. -Each day, go to the folder and open the draft copy. -Click on "File"+"Copy To Folder" -In the dialog box that opens, select your OUTBOX folder and click on OK. This creates an outbound copy of the draft. -Complete the "To:" line and click on "Send" -Close the draft until tomorrow.
