Driver for Visoneer Scanner

I am looking for the driver software for the Visoneer 6200 Scanner. I had the scanner with my Windows 98, when I upgraded to Windows XP it accecpted the hardware but not the driver info, so I can not scan anything. Do not work.. Can you help me?
