Identify the device.
Preferably you can identify the manufacture and model number.
Alternately, you may be able to identify the 'chip' on the board, and use the chip mfgs reference drivers.

Download the driver from the manufacture.

Follow the install instructions.

A decent step by step guide, along with links to most manufactures, is posted at www.driverguide.com

It rather depends onm what youve done. Have you done a fresh install of windows? If you have Chas has answered your question well. You may need to take the devices off the motherboard and find their serial number. This can be entered into Googlewhich will identify the device for you. If you enter the serial number with 'xxxxxx driver download' Goolge will also find the driver for you. Finally good luck, it can be a right pain in the a**e!!
