Hi. I recently bought a new machine with the new Win 8.1 Pro and am experiencing BSOD’s once or twice a month. I’d like to dig into that. I found Driver Verifier, that could help identify bad drivers. But #1 I don’t have any unsigned drivers and also any drivers for older version of Windows. Despite this fact, when I enabled Driver Verifier, the system crashes during startup with strange error message, something with IO Driver Verifier, but I don’t remember it really, which is a shame I know – I should have written it down, but I didn’t, well,… It wasn’t anything concrete, otherwise I’d remember it.
Does someone have experience with this? Only signed drivers and only for Win 8, but don’t pass the extreme stress tests, which Driver Verifier puts upon them.
