DSL AND MICROSOFT OUTLOOK

By alaridean ·
I have sales agents with laptops. When at home they use dial up, but when in the office they use the network. Now, when they try to connect via DSL they have problems, such as:

"550 relaying mail to blank.com is not allowed"

I have another agent, when she tries here dial up keeps popping up even when not selected as a default. I have checked all in and out mail settings.

One location they plug into has its own IP address, when they go over there. The manager correct their setting and their outlook works fine, but when they return their outlook does not send or receive, HELP!!!

Mail relay

Your email server does not allow email relaying. If you enable it, it'll be used to relay spam, but there should be a setting that will allow relaying for users that authenticate against the server using their credentials. This should let them use email outside LAN.
