This is easier than you think! As long you install Win98 first and then install WinXP on another partition or hard drive it's a snap. Keep in mind that if you want XP to see the 98 files then format the XP with fat32, but if you want some securitythen go with NTFS partition, this way when your in 98 you won't be able to see the XP drives. In fact this is the way I have mine setup (dual boot with 98 and XP) I like it because if there is an old perferial that XP doesn't support then you can still use it under 98. I like it!
