anyone got an idea to how to cure my problem.
I have a Athlon AMD 64 DCP 3800+ (575mhz) which is running Vista Home Prem 64 bit OS 1.5 GB Ram ddr2 .My problem is that when trying to run programs and games that it run way to fast.I try to use a dual core optimizer but it wont install.Any ideas help much appreciated
