“Duplicates Query Wizard” in Access 2k

Whenever I try and access this feature from my
laptop instalations of Access 2000, I get the
following error:

This feature isn’t installed.

To install this feature, rerun the MS Access or MS Office setup program or, if you’re using a
third-party add-in, reinstall the add-in.

I have done a full install of both discs and it still will not work. Odder still, on a
workstation computer a similar error comes up,
but asks if I want to install the feature. It
then goes to the network, grabs some files and
installs the feature. But this will not work for
the laptops. Does anybody have any ideas???
