What kind of database are you drawing this information out of? Does your report try to go to the next record?

So, if you want to build a report/pay slip for more than one employee, you’ll need a database to read the employee names and other information FROM. You can’t hard code information for one employee and expect the report to be able to handle anything other than that one employee.

You’re written your own payroll software using Crystal Reports?

You know, they do make software that does this.

For $200 you can buy QuickBooks pro with payroll.
