Dynamics CRM Outlook client "Unknown error"

A couple of my users have recently been receiving an error within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Outlook Client. Whenever they create a new e-mail from Outlook (or open an existing one) and wish to track it in CRM, they receive the following error immediately after clicking the "Regarding" button:

"An unknown error has occurred. Retry the action. If the problem still persists, contact your system administrator."

This is not affecting the rest of the users.
