I am exploring possibilities for an E-Mail archiving system so my users won’t be loading so much mail into Oulook Express at start-up. I’ve set up a system for changing messages into HTML documents, than burning them onto a CD for searching. Does anyone have any suggestions for a better or more user-friendly method. I’d like to be able to teach the user to do this themselves.
