I recently receive an e-mail where I am 1 of 10 recepions. I use ****@hotmail.com as my server. Question: How do move all 10 addressees to a group without having to type them 1 at a time into the group name? Sometimes I am 1 of 100 recepions and it would take me long time to set up that one large group.

not quite sure what you are asking. what is your email client. are these addresses that generally (will) exist in your address book? and groups that you will re-use? or one time only?

You should be able to select multiple items by clicking or highlighting the first one. Then hold shift and click the last one. All items in between should be selected and you can then drag them where you want them. If you want to deselect some individual ones first, hold Ctrl and select the ones you want to omit. They should be deselected. Then drag them.

I understand how to select and deselect. the problem is once you have selected, how do you copy, cut to the desired named group. I created the group first, selected, but can not do the transferring of the addresses. I will be sending messages to these groups more than one time, and some of these groups are pretty large. If you save the message, it tends to save all the addresses in the contact list. I do not want that. I want to save the addresses in the message to a different group, not the contact list. Thank you.
