E-mail Message looping in Exchange 5.5

Hi,

We’re currently running exchange 5.5 Sp4 and are having the following
problem.
A user sent a message to a group of user yesterday afternoon, and ever since
then, everyone in the group has been receiving the message in exactly two
hour intervals since the message was sent.
Can anyone advise on how I can resolve this problem.
