E-mailing as an attachment

Our computers were recently “upgraded” (I use that term loosely) to Windows XP, and now I can’t e-mail a file as an attachment from within an application. In Word I get a MAPI failure, Excel gives me a general mail failure, I get errors in Adobe Acrobat and Publisher, and PowerPoint and Internet Explorer don’t do anything at all (no error msg).

Has anyone seen this problem? Any recommendations?

Try going in to Add/Remove Programs and doing a “Repair” on Office.
