E2K not able to reviced external Email

Anyone have any ideas on this problem? The exchange 2000 is working fine all along and suddenly it was not able to received external email, i am able to send out SMTP mail to external but not able to received SMTP mail.
Internal mail is OK.

Can anyone help.
