Adjust the screen off timer
Open the Alexa app on your smartphone or tablet.

Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the device settings.
Tap on “Settings.”
Scroll down and select “Display & Sound.”
Under “Screen,” you will find the “Screen Timer” option. Tap on it.
Choose your desired screen timeout duration (ranging from 1 minute to 5 hours) or select “Never” if you want the screen to stay on continuously.
Your Echo Show screen timeout settings will now be adjusted to your preference.
