When I Power my Computer the Monitor has a message, “No Signal” and the computer just runs constant beeps, with a 1 second break in between, the beeps never stop and i even reverted to using the Onboard video card with the external card removed from the computer and swapped power supplies, neither fixing the problem
the Motherboard is ECS KM400-M2 and the Chipset is VIA KM400 (NB), VT8235CE (SB) Chipset
