Editing, inserting and manipulating data in MS ACCESS 2007 through VB.NET

i’m no that good in vb especially in databases..would any body mind if you help me answer my question..how can i insert data in tables of an MS access database?how can i edit data in tables of an MS access database?..thank you and more power..
