I have a user that was conversing by email with another employee in response to a guest complaint, the employee forwarded the message to the guest with a response to his complaint deleted the email conversation between her and the other employee, is it possible that the guest could of retrieved / restore the email conversation between her and the other employee she deleted?

the guest could of retrieved / restore the email conversation - No probably not. What she did was delete the conversation from the email after hitting reply, then typing in the reply and hitting send. Don't do that, not professional, When replying to a customer create a NEW e-mail, copy and paste what you need. Too many chances for things to go wrong, we have so much trouble with this, you wouldn't believe.

I recreate your situation, and couldn't restore what was deleted... There might be a way, but I couldnt find a legit way to do so..

I would check the users sent box and see if they really did remove the "bad part" of the conversation.

B/c I would love to know what tool they used to retrieve the not so nice conversation...
