Email

I am getting a popup box asking for my username/password in MsOutlook 2002 once in a while when I click on send/receive even though I have even as far as deleting the email account in outlook and rentering the same info for my account. It is strange i only get this every couple of days. Every other time when I click to receive my email; no box appears and I get my email no problem. Any suggestions?
