Email but not Internet

Hey Guys, see if you can help me here. I need to set up a workstation and I’d like to give access to our internal email with outlook conected to our exchange server. I don’t want them to access Internet since there’s a history of misuse.
I’m asking for advice on what would be the best way to do it, easy to configure and without spending anything.
Thanks very much for any input.
Regards,

Rodolfo
