Email Collection

When I opened my "Outlook Express" there are few emails, If I delete it, same comes again after reopening Outlook Express.
and a message for no responce from server for email collection also comes during sending/recieving process... along with a number 0x0800ccc19 . what should I check for this and what is the reason ?

It sounds like you are leaving a copy of messages on the server (which would explain why the same messages keep showing up). You can turn that off by going to Tools, Accounts, click the Mail tab, click on the mail account, and choosing properties.Click on the Advanced tab and uncheck the option "Leave a copy of messages on the server". That should remedy that problem.

If you are receiving messages ok then that leads me to believe that the SMTP server is specified incorrectly (because this error occurs during a send and receive). You will have to contact your ISP to get the exact name (should be just like your pop3 server except it will be SMTP instead of pop3).

Thanks but it is still here and it was working properly before no changing is there but this truoble came during two days.

You might have a corrupted or oversized message on the server blocking others from coming through, assuming you have verified the mail server name and other details are still correct. Try using message rules to download smaller size message, say 3kor under to start, until you find the problem one. Then you may be able to delete it from the server, or have your isp do this for you.

Thanx I just tried to make a new account and now I got mail from server directly and not using IP address. but server as POP
