Go to the Setup Tab, Firewall tab and then set which IP address range is allowed to forward the traffic.

You can get the user technical document here http://www.linksys.com/servlet/Satellite?childpagename=US%2FLayout&packedargs=c%3DL_Content_C1%26cid%3D1115416835852&pagename=Linksys%2FCommon%2FVisitorWrapper

what is the port for incoming mail? I want to allow incoming mail to my exchange server only from an external IP, postini's IP.

If your Exchange Server runs Internet Mail, the incoming port is the TCP port 25, SMTP.

Don't know if you can do that from the router, but in exchange 2000/2003, open up system manager and go to global settings, right click message delivery and go to properties. Under the connection filtering tab you will find global accept and deny settings.
