Email forwarding

I have a user that left and wants his e-mail forwarded to his new internet email address from his current coroporate e-mail account on my exchange 2000 server. How or where do I set up his user account to forward all mail that comes to his corporate address to his new internet address. Running W2000 server and Exchange 2000.
