Email going to Junk folder

Hello,

Any body know why people from specific domain emails go to straight to the Junk email folder. This is just on this computer. I have checked the RULES in Outlook, scanned for viruses and nothing, there is also no spam program that will send the emails to junk folder automatically. Anybody knows what else I can check to resolve this issue.
