Hi,

Taken that you are running Office 2000 or Excel 2000. You can send the current worksheet or workbook to email directly from Excel by doing the following:
1. Within Excel, select File, the Sent To:
2. You should see "Mail Recipient" and "Mail Recipient (as Attachment...).
3. If this is the first time you've try this feature the Outlook Assistant, if installed, will prompt you to select which type and feature you like to send to... choices are either "Current Worksheet" or "Entere Workbook"

Hope this help.

Since you didn't state the version being used or how you might have things set up this is a basic response for a generic type program setup.

One way is as follows:
1. open your base workbook
2. go to the tab for the worksheet you wish to send
3. right click on that tab and select move/copy
4. from the popup choose new workbook
5. the view then transfers to the newly created workbook with the selected worksheet
6. go to file and select send to, mail recipient, address to whom you wish, and send
7. once sent you can either save the temporary workbook or delete it.

One adjustment you might make to the above is to save the new workbook under a referable name such as "sent2(name)" and then send it. This will enable you to find theexact sent copy for referencing at a later time in case the base workbook used is changed/updated prior to recipients response.

Hope this helps you.
