Email Options

I have a client who uses Outlook 2K3 and checks 3 or 4 different email accounts and has about 1200 contacts. Currently he uses Plaxo.

He frequently works from different locations on different computers and as we all know, Outlook is not very efficient in a “roaming” environment. No way to “sync” the PST file, access email “from any computer” etc.

I am looking for options similar to IMAP and/or hosted Exchange services. Whatever the solution, he will still need to be able to sync his Windows CE device with his laptop.

As with all of my clients, I want to SIMPLIFY his email/contact management, not complicate it.

Can anybody recommend a workable solution?
