Email Stationery Design Software Needed

This is my first post……….have been amazed at the info available on this site ….must be light years of experience in here.
Alas , I am only a meagre architect…….”yes the original meaning of the term”…..specializing in diasability access for those not so fortunate.

I need a good program to assist me in developing a professional looking stationery for my “Outlook” emails.
Prepared to pay at a small business level.

Any help here greatly appreciated.
