Email with low memory

Hi,

I’ve got a client with this problem who told me that he wasn’t able to open some newsgroup messages. The error message display was that “Outlook Express encountered problem. Check for low memory or disk space”

However, the HD still has space (40GB, & only used up 8GB) and his system has Rambooster installed on it, so I’m stumped to where the problem is.
