emails not reaching its targets

By mdlnet ·
I have an exchange 5.0, emails to 3 different targets are not getting there, but we are getting relay confirmations but they actually never reach the target, this is happening with just 3 different targets, I checked on my eschange server and every thing is working normally, I dont understand why this is happening.
please comment on this issue, I dont know where else to check.
please help!
this is the confirmation I get from my server;
"This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

sounds like the targets are calling your emails junk mail.
just deleting instad of opening.

there is no way that you can do anything, it is the recipient's choice to filter.

try phoning ( if possible ) to see if they have a filter that could be affecting your emails.

since your server is actually delivering, and they aren't getting, it has to be getting filtered as spam or junk for some reason.

it could be they have an ips that thinks your emails fall into that category, in which case their administrator will have to add your domain to a whitelist.

Sounds like the problem is not on your end.
Destination may be having problem with their ISP (ie not getting any mail) or more likely like Ans.1, they have a filter in place and your emails are getting deleted.

Contact their admin and get your users or domain added to their exception list.

Is it one domain rejecting your emails (more than likely its their problem)..if it's more than one you need to look at your recipient update service and or your "PTR record"..
go to www.dnsstuff.com and do a reverse lookup. it should point to your WAN IP. if its not then some domains could be rejecting you mails.

Aol is know to reject emails sent from domains that does not have PRT records...so test with an AOL account.
goodluck.
