Empty Folder Tracker?

After unzippng the EFT program I found that I didn’t know whether to run it as “EmptyFolderTracker/EmptyFolderTracker.vbs” or just “EmptyFolderTracker.vbs” as it seems to intimate in the ‘readme’ that came with it. I tried to find the instructons for usage on the TR website, but found that this was limited to Pro members.
