I have an ASUS K50IE laptop. I would like to enable WoWLAN on it since connecting it to my Ethernet LAN is not always convenient. It is using an Atheros wireless NIC.
When looking at the properties of that NIC under "Configure" -> "Power Management", the line that allows me to enable WoWLAN is greyed out.
I believe it's necessary to add a key to the registry file. I read the Technet article on this but I wasn't sure how to add that key or whether or not it should be added from within registry editer or Notepad. Could some one please give me a walk through so I don't muck this up?
Regards, John
