I found out that In IE I can edit the proxy settings in IE and block internet using 127.0.0.1 and in Chrome I can use simple Startup Password and enforce password to open Chrome. Thus blocking internet access by use of Chrome password only.
However anyone know of a setting in windows where I can block those changes from being undone without proper access? Or anyone know of a way to password protect internet access any other way so that only the person who enforced the block can undo the changes?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
