Entering Bios in Win95 for office Linux

Hi

Im trying to install Linux on our office laptops which only have cd drives, i need to change the bios to so i can boot linux from cd but on start up their are no instructions to enter bios ie crtl + esc or whatever. Does anyone know how to force boot into bios or force boot from cd in win95. Any help would be greatly appreciated
