I am an information management consultant and my client wants to find an enterprise calendar solution. We currently use Outlook and utilize its views/filtering capability. However, maintaining the calendar is only part of the issue. We need to view this calendar in group meetings and project it while briefing its highlights. If you’re familiar with Outlook, you know the limitations here.
Does anyone know of a great, multi-purpose, shared calendar application which can easily be projected for group discussions? My client does not like SharePoint, but I’m willing to hear opinions on it and sell it if I can.
Otherwise, I’m open to any host of ideas.
