Enterprise Solution vs ASP

Own vs rent? There is lots of press on the benefits of an ASP, but what about the other side. I have a Vertical software package that is going up aginst ASP start ups. We cost $6000 for software with a multiuser turnkey with hardware averaging $25,000 The ASP’s are in the range of $125 a terminal. What type of case would you build aginst the newer ASP type business model?
