**IncrediMail Registration Problem**
I have an user(Management Level) installed IncrediMail to read her email (Free download via Internet). She had uninstalled and reinstalled it; once she made a purchase for that software, but then, she has encountered problem for unable to continue her registration process!
Understand from her that uninstallation and reinstallation of the software has certainly made some damage/corruption to her files (Not knowing is MSWin2k(Pro) or its program!). When this question brought up to IncrediMail, it seems to advise her to re-install it onto another
machine…!
So here is my question:
-Does Microsoft has any erase program utility to erase off any damage/corrupted files that caused by this programs??? (Such as MSO97-erase utility)
