Error in Excel

Hello, Please help. When I open Excel, it comes up with this error: “Excel has caused an error in ms09.dll Excel will now close. If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer.” I’ve restarted and receive the same message. I have even removed office and reinstalled it. I then deleted my temp files, Temporary Internet files and cleared history. I still receive this error when opening Excel. Does anyone have a solution?
