Error Message 0x800CC0F

After running my last live update for Norton Systemworks 2003 I receive the following error message, your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection 0x800CC0F when trying to send or receive emails through Outlook express. The issue is resolved when the email scanner is disabled but I would like to have it working. I've checked all the settings and went through it with my ISP but no answers. I'm running Windows ME. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

. This problem appeared on my XP Pro pc, A Google search for "Outlook Error 0x800ccc0f" led to the Symantic site and the suggestion to turn off NAV email scanning, which made the problem go away. When I turned the email scanning back on, I also checked the "protect against timeouts" checkbox. Problem cured
