I cant open my outlook 2000 and getting the error message:
Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close we are sorry…
I have already uninstalled and installed it a couple of times and have had no luck.
I am new to computer crashes first one so i am not very tech savvy. please help if possible and keep the instructions easy for a lay person to understand.
