    Error on my laptop

    Hello, I have a problem with my laptop, it’s a predator helios 300 with a rtx 3070 video card from 2021. When I update the drivers on the nvidia app at the end of the installation, when it restarts, it opens with a blue screen and says stop code: video memory management internal. I tried all the options but nothing worked.

      Following the 3-2-1 BACKUP system (see google) you find that a clean install followed by all the drivers needed for this laptop is the cure IF there is no hardware issues.

      Then again you wrote you tried all options so off to the repair shop to see if the laptop can be repaired.

      It is possible that there was a corrupted update that caused this issue. You might try to reach out to Helios customer support. How old is the computer? Did the computer confirm which version of Windows that you are using? Did you make any backup of your data prior to the update? What version of Windows are you using? Not enough information provided for any specific troubleshooting.
