When I open a new document in WORD 2000 I get a blank document that has a background on it. I tried deleting the normal.dot file and copying one from another computer. I also tried opening files using other templates, such as the legal pleadings. It doesn’t matter what template I open, I still get the background. I can go into properties on the file and it shows that it has a desktop theme file, willow, installed under the custom button. Even If I delete it from the custom box it still reappears when I open a new document. I’m out of ideas. Does anyone have any?
